Description

Fahrzeug mit Scheibenwischer Vehicle with wipers
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a vehicle according to the preamble of the first claim.
It is known in particular in motor vehicles to provide an electric motor-operated windshield wiper which can be put into and out of operation by means of a manually operated wiper control device. The wiper control device can also include an interval circuit, which can be time-controlled or influenced by a rain sensor. The circuit arrangement can be such that the windshield wiper drive device and the wiper control are completely switched off from the supply network when an ignition lock serving as the main switch is turned to the off position. Likewise, both the windshield wiper control and the wiper control can be equipped with intelligence in such a way that, despite a permanent supply (terminal 30), they only allow operation under the condition of an inserted or turned ignition key (terminal 15). The disadvantage here is that when the ignition lock is actuated again, the circuit to the wiper control device is also switched on and the drive motor puts the windshield wiper into operation, at least for one wiping operation, even when the windscreen is dry. This is also the case if a rain sensor is used to control the wiper. Although this should prevent wiping over the dry pane, it needs calibration to function properly. After switching the vehicle off and then on again, the calibration is lost. For this reason, the rain sensor will cause the windshield wiper to go through a wipe cycle to calibrate the rain sensor.
The invention has for its object to take measures in a vehicle according to the preamble of the first claim, by which an unintentional start of the windshield wiper device can be avoided when the vehicle is restarted. This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of the first claim.
In one embodiment of a vehicle according to the invention, a warning signal is generated by removing the ignition key when the driver has parked the car and the wiper is not running at the time of parking, for example, with the interval switching still switched on. The probability that the control lever for switching on the wiper has not been returned to the off position is particularly high if the automatic interval control is controlled by a rain sensor and the rain sensor has not detected any rain for a long period before the ignition lock is switched off.
DieseA monitoring device is provided for generating a warning signal, which monitors both the switching state of the wiper control device or its actuating element and the position of the ignition key in the ignition lock. This
Überwachungseinrichtung steuert eine Warneinrichtung in der Weise, daß sie bei aktivierter Wischersteuereinrichtung und bei aus dem Zündschloß entferntemMonitoring device controls a warning device in such a way that when the wiper control device is activated and when it is removed from the ignition lock
Ein unerwarteter Start desIgnition key is activated. The warning device can have an optical and / or an acoustic signal transmitter, which are switched on together or alternately. In particular, the acoustic warning device can also have a voice output module which, in plain text, indicates the action to be taken, namely the return of the wiper control switch to the off position. However, an acoustic tone buzzer can also be provided which emits a modulated tone sequence which is characteristic of the defect to be displayed. An unexpected start of the
Windscreen wipers are safely avoided after removing the ignition key.
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of the basic circuit of an exemplary embodiment.
In its simplest form, a wiper control device 1 can have a make contact 2 as a sensor for detecting a switching state, which is only closed, that is to say emits a signal when, according to the figure, an actuating lever 3 for switching on the Wiper device or the interval level from the zero position (0) to a switch-on position (I) is highlighted. In the same way, a normally closed contact 5 can be installed in an ignition lock 4 as a sensor for detecting the switching state, said normally closed contact 5 being closed, ie switching a signal through, when an associated ignition key 6 is at least partially removed. The series connection of these contacts 2, 5 then forms a logical AND circuit as a monitoring device 7, which can directly connect a signal transmitter device 8.1 and / or 8.2 of a warning device 8 to a supply voltage U or controls an intermediate auxiliary control 9 for switching on the signal transmitter device 8.1, 8.2.
An acoustic sound emitter 8.1, such as a tone buzzer or loudspeaker, which is controlled by the auxiliary control 9 and emits speech signals or a tone or a tone sequence, is also suitable as the signaling device. Alternatively or additionally, an optical light emitter 8.2 can be used, which is also controlled by the auxiliary control 9 and emits a continuous or an interval signal. Both signal generators 8.1 and 8.2 can be activated simultaneously or alternately one after the other.
The wiper control device 1 also controls a drive motor 10 which is in drive connection with a wiper blade 11 and forms the wiper device.
Even if other sensors are provided for the detection of the position of the wiper switch or the presence or absence of the ignition key, the monitoring device can use logical switching elements, logical combination of digital queries of the sensors or logical combination in the system to provide the quantities available for networking Generate the necessary control signal for the warning system. This can be useful for electronic ignition locks. If the light emitter 8.2 is arranged in the direct vicinity of the actuating lever 3, the warning signal indicates the switch whose switch position is to be changed.
