Abstract

On décrit des cellules électrochimiques appelées accumulateurs au lithium, dans lesquelles au moins les anodes, les cathodes et/ou les éléments séparateurs contiennent des homopolymères et/ou des copolymères de polyvinylidène et dans lesquelles du carbonate de calcium est également incorporé, ces polymères étant incorporés plus particulièrement au moins dans les éléments anode, les éléments de cathode et/ou les éléments séparateurs. L'incorporation de carbonate de calcium a pour effet de réduire ou d'éliminer l'acide libre disponible qui peut contribuer à l'apparition de réactions exothermiques incontrôlées et/ou à l'intensité de ces dernières dans ledit accumulateur. Les carbonates de calcium préférés sont ceux dont la grosseur particulaire moyenne est au moins égale à environ 10 microns.
