Abstract

L'invention concerne des peptides avec une séquence correspondant au domaine protéique, compris entre la deuxième et la troisième cystéine des chémokines de la famille CC, en particulier, RANTES, MIP-1α et MIP-1β et leurs dérivés. Les peptides selon l'invention permettent de traiter des maladies provoquées par l'infection par des virus tels que VIH-1, d'autres lentirétrovirus du primate (VIH-2, VIS) et d'autres virus utilisant les récepteurs de chémokine pour se fixer à la surface cellulaire et/ou pénétrer dans la cellule cible. Par ailleurs, les peptides selon l'invention peuvent traiter des maladies allergiques ou autoimmunes dans la pathogénèse desquelles les chémokines jouent un rôle important.
