Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode qui permet de diminuer le nombre de leucocytes infiltrant les tissus. Cette méthode peut être utilisée pour diminuer le nombre de leucocytes qui infiltrent un greffon après une greffe ou bien un tissu cible chez un individu atteint d'une maladie auto-immune. Elle peut également être employée pour identifier des molécules de la surface cellulaire impliquées dans la production et la persistance des leucocytes infiltrant les tissus.
