  • the bottom rail 53 of the side frame is sufficiently constrained between the tabs 79 and the flange 72 that the tabs and slots cannot be disengaged except by again lifting the side frame to bring the tabs 74 to the bottom of slots 75, whereupon the side frame can be rotated ( Figure 6) over the top of tabs 79 and past the adjacent floor slats 15.

The case is then ready to be filled and dispatched, if necessary after installing one or more of the spreader bars.
  • the side frames may be temporarily internally lined in situ by locating suitable panels or sheets of lightweight material such as cardboard against the inside faces of intermediate slotted rails 54,55. Abstract

L'invention concerne une caisse de stockage ou palette de transport empilable qui comprend une base (12) intégrant un fond (14) et plusieurs ossatures latérales (20) pouvant coopérer pour s'étendre et délimiter latéralement un espace de stockage au-dessus du fond. La base (12) est pourvue de moyens de support amovibles (65) de plaques formant canaux périphériques (70, 71, 72) comportant des rebords retournés vers le haut (72) et des pattes horizontales orientées vers l'intérieur (74). Ces pattes (74) viennent s'insérer dans des encoches (75) ménagées sur les ossatures latérales (20) qui doivent être inclinées vers l'extérieur pour permettre le montage et le démontage des plaques formant canaux. Cela peut être assuré manuellement sans outils. Des moyen de liaison (30) sont prévus, par paires, pour assurer, de manière libérable, le raccordement des ossatures latérales à la base. Chaque moyen de liaison (30) comprend deux dispositifs de positionnement et de support (57) en forme de U, se mettant en prise avec les parties d'extrémités adjacentes et verticales de deux ossatures latérales, et un élément de fixation à deux branches (59). Une barre de renforcement amovible peut être fixée au sommet de chaque ossature latérale via les encoches (82) pour assurer renforcement et rigidité.
