Abstract

The aim of the invention is to provide an economical way of burying children who die before, during or shortly after birth in the presence of a physician, whilst at the same time preserving human dignity. According to the invention, the undertaker provides a suitable urn which is water-proof and as a general rule fire-resistant before birth takes place. Said urn containing the body or the ashes of the deceased is buried in the appropriate site, which is protected against any other use and secured from dogs, wild boars and other animals which root in the ground.

Description

Verfahren zur Bestattung von Kleinstkindern, die vor, in oder nach der Geburt noch beim Arzt gestorben sind Procedures for the burial of infants who died before, in or after the birth at the doctor
a) Zweck: Menschenwürdige Bestattung durch Vereinfachunga) Purpose: Decent burial through simplification
It begins at the doctor, with a water urn that is adequate in size, if in doubt made of clay, which an undertaker provides before the birth and in which the child is first removed from the doctor by the doctor. How the urn should be made from the inside and how the child finally gets in is also regulated between the undertaker and the child's mother / child's parents. Should the child possibly be cremated, as is necessary at a so-called anonymous funeral, the urn will be made of fireproof material, if in doubt made of clay. Technically, it can then be used in various ways, both for a physical burial of the child as well as for cremation and the subsequent burial of his ashes in the same urn. The term "urn" is understood here according to its essence (preservation of human dignity), not in the usual, restricted meaning of a container for ashes. bb) A second essential part of the procedure is the burial of the urn in a "pacified place". The term encompasses both ordinary cemeteries and the technical possibility of a less expensive space. In nature with a design that is only essentially similar to that of an ordinary cemetery: secure against other uses of the space, also against dogs, wild boars and other animals that stir the ground. cc) Simplifications also do not fall from the tree like apples cf. the box with minimal phosphor portals on wooden sticks, which are just long enough to pass on fire and, because there is also a small dry area at hand, can be used by anyone. This minimization and assignment of things was only invented in this century
c) Wirkung der Erfindung: Totenruhe.c) Effect of the invention: resting dead.
-länge) Kindersarg u.U. teurer Friedhofsplatz; ansonsten Beseitigung etwa in einer Tierkörper eseitigungsanstalt.d) Executable: especially from funeral directors. e) State of the art: (with minimum weight or length) children's coffin may be expensive cemetery space; otherwise disposal, for example, in an animal carcass.
Legal, regulatory and other legal requirements for burial elsewhere than in an ordinary cemetery are not a requirement of the technical invention, but only its feasibility; According to the simplification found, it is very likely that they will be created. As the basic protection of human life does not depend on weight or length, the protection of individual human dignity does not depend on weight or size. it begins with the birth of a human figure; it would be unbearable to leave human form to the "ravens" or dogs. Hygiene requirements can only be of secondary importance, not the cause of death at all.
