Abstract

Le clapet anti-retour proposé comprend une cage (1), un siège (2) et un papillon pivotant (4) ayant un côté arrière bombé (10) pour générer une force d'élévation qui presse le papillon (4) contre un élément butoir (21). Pour garantir que le papillon soit pressé contre cet élément butoir (21) et ne vienne pas, lorsqu'il est en position d'ouverture, heurter le côté arrière bombé, sur la section (9) de sortie de flux, on a prévu des rainures (28) qui, lorsque le papillon est dans cette position, sont orientées le long de l'axe longitudinal de la cage de clapet. L'élément butoir (21) peut être de forme arquée et fusiforme pour le flux; des rainures peuvent également être aménagées sur la surface supérieure de l'élément butoir.
