  • the U-shaped brackets 332 can serve two other functions. First, the U-shaped brackets 332 can be used to attach a linear bridge frame 52 to a permanent wall. The U-shaped brackets 332 are attached to the L- shaped brackets 92 in the same manner described above. However, the support plate 340 faces a permanent wall. Bolts are inserted through the pair of holes of the support plate 340 and are inserted into the permanent wall. Note that two pieces of filler material 532 may be inserted on either side of the U-shaped brackets 332 to prevent light from passing through the connection.
