Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mécanisme d'ouverture et de verrouillage servant à ouvrir et verrouiller la trappe de chargement en façade de machines à laver et similaires, qui fonctionne à l'aide d'un bouton, et qui est commandé depuis la façade. Selon une réalisation du mécanisme considéré réalisé pour des machines à thermostat, une came de couplage (7) montée sur l'axe d'un bouton marche/arrêt rotatif embraye une came d'ouverture de porte (8) montée sur le même axe entre des positions angulaires à 0° et à 30° dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre et tourne avec cet écartement. Après la position angulaire à 0° qui est la position eau froide, la came d'ouverture de porte (8) se dégage de la came de couplage (7) et se libère tandis que cette dernière tourne et fait le réglage de température. Une fois que la trappe de chargement en façade est ouverte (4), le retour en position eau froide se fait au moyen d'un ressort. Un fil, dont une extrémité est fixée à la came d'ouverture de la porte (8) et à l'autre extrémité du bouton de sécurité (3) assure la liaison entre ces deux éléments. Le mécanisme selon l'invention permet de commander l'ouverture de la trappe de façade depuis la façade et non plus depuis un système qui est commandé par une poignée, ce qui fait qu'il n'y a plus besoin de moules séparés pour des façades avec et sans thermostat.
