  • INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY Due to the generally pointed shape of the portion of the line of seal (19) adjacent to the fold (21), relatively low resistance is required to break the seal (19) when the tab (5) is pulled in the direction of arrow B in Figure 10 as compared to a case in which the seal (19) presents a straight line extending parallel to the fold. By this arrangement the seal can be made to be secure in operation and yet easily broken when required.

Abstract

Type d'emballage possédant deux compartiments opposés (2, 3) dont les ouvertures sont fermées et séparées par une membrane intérieure (4), ainsi que des moyens (5) commandés à la main, reliés à la membrane et s'étendant à l'extérieur de l'emballage afin de casser ou de déplacer la membrane, de manière à créer une communication entre les compartiments, lesdits moyens (5) étant composés d'une prolongation de la membrane (4), ladite prolongation étant repliée de façon à recouvrir la membrane, de sorte que son extrémité libre constitue une languette s'étendant depuis un côté de l'emballage opposé au pli, caractérisé par un élément (16) au niveau de la jonction entre les ouvertures des deux compartiments (2, 3), ledit élément possédant une face (17) pourvue d'un orifice (23) traversant ladite face afin de créer une communication entre les compartiments, la membrane (4) étant scellée à la face de l'élément (16) afin de fermer l'orifice, le scellement (19) définissant une bande étroite sans fin s'étendant autour de l'orifice, possédant au moins une partie coin et caractérisée par le fait qu'une partie coin est disposée au niveau dudit pli (21).
