Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une méthode de régénération de tissus chez un mammifère souffrant d'une brûlure ou d'une lésion. La méthode consiste à couvrir la lésion avec une membrane comprenant un réseau fibreux biodégradable et, en option, une barrière extérieure d'humidité extérieure; le réseau est ensemencé avec des cellules de culture obtenues à partir d'une culture ayant atteint la sous-confluence. Cette méthode permet d'infiltrer la matrice greffée par des cellules mésenchymateuses et par des vaisseaux sanguins, qui proviennent d'un tissu sous-jacent sain, pour former un nouveau derme, et de provoquer la prolifération des kératinocytes pour former un nouvel épiderme. La greffe qui en résulte se distingue par d'excellents taux de prise; elle a l'apparence d'un tissu normal, dont elle possède également la croissance, la maturation et la différentiation.
