Der Schaumstoffkörper 4 wird aus einem größeren Schaumstoffblock unter Bildung der in den Fig. 4a bis e gezeigten KopfStützpartie 2' und Nackenstützpartie 1' ausgesägt. Dadurch wird gewährleistet, daß die Poren des Schaumstoffkörpers auch nach außen hin offen sind. Wie insbesondere aus den Fig. 4a bis c zu ersehen ist, weist die KopfStützpartie 2' eine von ihrem Außenrand 6 bis zur Nackenstützpartie 1 reichende ebene Kopfstütz- fläche 7 auf, während die Nackenstützpartie 1 eine die KopfStützfläche 7 an einer geradlinigen Randseite 8 begrenzende, zu dieser achsparallel ausgerichtete teil- zylindrische Nackenstützfläche 9 aufweist. Die Nackenstützpartie erstreckt sich an der geradlinigen Randsei- te über die gesamte Breite der KopfStützfläche 7 und schließt mit dieser einen Winkel von 90* bis 120" ein. Wie vor allem aus Fig. 4b zu ersehen ist, ist der Außenrand 6 der KopfStützfläche 7 bogenförmig konvex gekrümmt und mündet tangential in die stirnseitigen En- den 10 der Nackenstützpartie 1 ein. An ihrem der Kopf- stützpartie abgewandten schulterseitigen Rand 11 ist die Nackenstützpartie durch eine zur Zylinderachse 12 der Nackenstützfläche im Mittel parallele, in Achsrich- tung konkav gekrümmte Randfläche 13 begrenzt. Die Rück- fläche 14 des Schaumstoffkörpers ist parallel zur Kopf- stützfläche 7 ausgerichtet und erstreckt sich über die gesamte Kopf- und Nackenstützpartie .
