Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé de production de peptides biologiquement actifs, lequel procédé fait appel à des techniques binaires et consiste à former séparément un précurseur de peptide actif ainsi qu'une protéase permettant de traiter ce précurseur. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de co-intégration de deux réplicons à l'aide d'une séquence répétitive du chromosome de bactéries du genre Bordetella. Cette invention concerne en outre un système d'expression qui comprend un plasmide à copies multiples avec un gène voulu, ainsi qu'un phasmide pT72. Cette invention concerne enfin un procédé de production de formes annulaires d'un phage T7, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation de cellules hôtes/hyper-producteurs.
