FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a window shade for an automobile of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross- sectional view showing the coupling state of the adsorption plates and the frame. Shaft plates la are formed at both front ends of the frame 1 which takes the shape of approximately "[", and the guide slot lb is lengthwise formed in the frame 1. The roller 2 with torque given by the spring (not shown) is rotatively coupled with a shaft pin (not illustrated) formed in the shaft plates la, and the screen 3 is wound on the roller 2.
The adsorption plates 4 and 4 are able to adhere to the window of the automobile. Each adsorption plate 4 and 4 has a coupling projection 4a in the center thereof, which is coupled with the guide slot lb formed in the frame 1, while being able to slide into it, as shown in FIG. 2. The frame 1 which fixes the screen 3 as mentioned above, can move right and left against the adsorption plates 4 and 4. The weightplate 5 is fixed at the front end of the screen 3. .Another adsorption plate 6 with the same structure as the above-mentioned adsorption plates 4 and 4, is fixed in the weightplate 5. A locking removal pin 7 is for releasing the locking state of the roller 2. As shown in a solid line of FIG. 3, the adsorption plates 4 and 4 fixed at the frame 1 are attached to the upper portion of the window W of the automobile, and then the screen 3 is pulled down to make the adsorption plate 6 fixed in the front end thereof attached to the lower portion of the window . Accordingly, the window shade for the automobile S of the present invention is able to shield the sunray which is, through the window W, irradiated to the passengers in the automobile. If it is intended to change the position of the screen 3 due to the change of the irradiation direction of the sunray while the present invention being installed as mentioned above, the adsorption plate 6 at the weightplate 5 is removed from the window , before adjusting the positions of the secreen 3 and the frame 1 to the right and left on the adsorption plates 4 and 4 in accordance with the irradiation direction of the sunray, and attaching the adsorption plate 6 formed in the front end of the screen 3 on the window w. The sunray irradiated to the passengers through the window W can be shielded. FIG. 4 illustrates the window shade S' according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Like the first preferred embodiment, the window shade S' has the construction that the roller 12 is installed at the frame 11, while given torque by means of elasticity of the spring, the screen 13 is wound on the roller 12, and the adsorption plate 14 provided in the frame 11 can slide into the guide slot lib. But it shows different construction to rotatively couple the roller 12 on which the screen 13 is wound, with the frame 11, and different coupling construction of the weightplate 18, the screen 13 and the adsorption plate 16.
A coupling channel lie is lengthwise formed from both front ends of the frame 11, and has protrusions lid at both sides thereof . A pair of connectors 17 are employed for rotatively coupling the roller 12 with the frame 11. The connector 17 has the construction that a shaft (not shown) is perpendicular to the front end of one side of the shaft plate 17a, and a coupling plate 17b with grooves 17c at both sides thereof is integrally formed at the front end of the other side of the shaft plate 17a.
As shown in FIG. 5, the coupling plate 17b is inserted into the coupling channel lie of the frame 11 so that the grooves 17c formed in the coupling plate 17b are inserted into the protrusions lid formed in the coupling channel lie of the frame 11. As the result, the connectors 17 are coupled. The roller 12 is rotatively coupled with both shafts of the connectors 17. As depicted in FIG. 6, the guide slot 18a is formed at the other side of the weightplate 18, a fixing aperture 18b is formed at the upper portion from the inside of the weightplate 18, for fixing the front end of the screen 13, and a projection 18c extrudes from the upper portion of the fixing aperture 18b toward the fixing aperture 18b. The coupling projection 16a of the adsorption plate 16 is coupled with the guide slot 18a of the weightplate 18 as constructed above, while being able to slide into it.
A board 19 is fixed at the front end of the screen 13, for fixing the front end of the screen 13 on the weightplate 18, and inserted into the fixing aperture 18b, together with the screen 13. The board 19 is stopped by the projection 18c formed toward the inside of the fixing aperture 18b so that the screen 13 cannot be removed from the weightplate 18. The window shade S' is installed in the same way as the first preferred embodiment. If it is intended to change the position of the screen 13 due to the irradiation direction chage of the sunray while this preferred embodiment of the present invention being installed as mentioned above, the positions of the frame 11 and the weightplate 18 are adjusted to the right and left on the adsorption plates 1 , 14 and 16 in accordance with the irradiation direction of the sunray. Accordingly the sunray irradiated to the passengers through the window can be shielded.
The window shade for the automobile as claimed in claim 1 can easily adjust the position of the screen in accordance with the irradiation direction of the sunray because the frame fixing the screen is able to move right and left from the adsorption plate attached on the window of the automobile. The window shade in which the position of the screen is easily adjusted according to the irradiation direction of the sunray, is able to be much smaller than a conventional one, thereby preventing the damage of the inside of the automobile caused by the window shade.
Productivity can be enhanced through the window shade for the automobile as claimed in claim 2 in which the frame and the connector whose moldings are simple, are independently formed so that the roller may be rotatively coupled with the frame .
In the window shade for the automobile as claimed in claim 3, the coupling projection of the adsorption plate is coupled with the guide slot of the weightplate, while being able to slide into it so that the position of the screen is much easily adjusted. The board fixed at the front end of the screen is inserted into the fixing apertre of the weightplate, together with the screen. Accordingly, it is stopped by the projection formed toward the inside of the fixing aperture so that the screen cannot be removed from the weightplate.
