DESCRIPCIÓN
5 OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención ahora propugnada consiste en un TAPÓN CON LENGÜETA, de los de pieza laminar metálica que se comprime sobre la boca de la botella, de borde extremo Q fijo.
Caracteriza esta invención un troquelado de la pieza laminar, que define una lengüeta, de fácil extracción y que, tirando de ella, permite el desgarro de este tapón, 5 la retirada de la placa de silicona de cierre de la boca de la botella y el uso del producto en ella envasado.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
SL LOS tapones corona de las botellas son sobradamente conocidos y no requieren de mayores comentarios .
También son conocidos los denominados sistemas abrefácil, consistentes en unos troquelados especiales de 5 las láminas de cierre de determinados envases, que permiten la retirada del producto sin recurrir a herramientas ni a otros medios auxiliares para esta operación.
El solicitante desconoce la existencia de tapones 0 de botellas, que recurran a este sistema abrefácil, habitual en latas, que permita la retirada del tapón de una sola operación y sin herramental de ningún tipo .
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN 5 La invención objeto de la presente memoria se refiere a un tapón con lengüeta, de los tapones de botellas construidos en base a una pieza laminar metálica que se comprime sobre la boca de la botella, generalmente ésta roscada y provista de un resalte inferior, que asegura el precintado de la misma.
Caracteriza esta invención un troquelado de la pieza laminar, de sección circular que sigue la configúración externa del cuello de la botella, con sus resaltes helicoidales y/o anulares.
En la lámina se define una lengüeta, por troquelado de la misma, en longitud y anchura suficiente a los fines requeridos, de poder ser extraida con la uña y de poder ser tomada por los dedos del usuario, a fines de facilitar la extracción del tapón, simplemente, tirando de esta lengüeta, en acción que permite el desgarro de este tapón y, tras él, la retirada de la placa de silicona de cierre de la boca de la botella y el uso del producto en ella envasado.

Para complementar la descripción que se está llevando a efecto y con objeto de facilitar la mejor y más fácil comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un juego de planos en donde, con carácter ilustrativo y nunca limitativo, se ha procedido a representar lo siguiente:
La Figura i es una vista, en alzado, del cuello de la botella, provisto con el tapón de esta invención. La Figura 2 es una vista del tapón con lengüeta, una vez extraído de su cuerpo laminar.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de lo anteriormente enunciado, la presente invención se refiere a un tapón con lengüeta, de los tapones laminares metálicos que abrazan y precintan la boca de la botella, en cualquier construcción retenedora del cuello (1) de ésta que caracteriza un troquelado (2) de la lámina, que define una lengüeta (3) , que permite su extracción con la uña y el ser tomada por los dedos del usuario y su desgarro de la lámina conformada, a fines de retirar la placa (4) convencional de silicona de cierre de la boca y el uso del producto (5) envasado.
No se hace mas extensa esta descripción, en el buen entender de que cualquier experto en esta materia tendría suficiente información para comprender el alcance de la invención y sus ventajas derivadas, así como para proceder a reproducir la misma .
Se sobreentiende que, si no alteran la esenciali- dad de la invención, tanto las variaciones en los materia- les como la forma, el tamaño y la disposición de los elementos son susceptibles de variación dentro del mismo caracterizado .
Los términos utilizados durante la descripción y el sentido de la misma deberán ser considerados siempre de manera no limitativa.

REIVINDICACIONES
Ia .- Tapón con lengüeta, de los tapones laminares metálicos que abrazan y precintan la boca de la botella, en cualquier construcción retenedora del cuello (1) de ésta que caracteriza un troquelado (2) de la lámina, que define una lengüeta (3) , que permite su extracción con la uña y el ser tomada por los dedos del usuario y su desgarro de la lámina conformada, a fines de retirar la placa (4) convencional de silicona de cierre de la boca y el uso del producto (5) envasado .
