Abstract

Dieses Meßverfahren hat den Vorteil, mit nur einem Ultraschallwandler zu arbeiten. Durch Anregen des Wandlers auf unterschiedlichen Betriebsmoden kann mit minimalem Applikationsaufwand ein richtungsselektives Sensorsystem realisiert werden.
