Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gehäuseteils mit Schirmfunktion und ein Gehäuseteil mit Schirmfunktion für ein Funkgerät mit schalenförmigen, mit ihren einander zugekehrten offenen Seiten aufeinanderliegend angeordneten Gehäuseteilen zur Aufnahme der Einrichtung des Funkgerätes. Zur Einsparung eines zweiten Herstellungsvorgangs besteht das Gehäuseteil (6) aus einem leitfähigen Kunststoff und auf die der Kontaktierung des Gehäuseteils (6) dienenden Kanten ist eine Dichtung aus einer leitenden Silikonschicht aufgebracht, wobei das Gehäuseteil und die Dichtung in einem Zweikomponentenspritzgußverfahren hergestellt werden.
