Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la purification des eaux usées d'origine ménagère ou industrielle, et concerne plus particulièrement la purification biochimique des eaux usées provenant de villages, de villes et d'usines. Cette installation comprend, vue de face, un dispositif combiné de premier étage de purification (3) comportant les éléments suivants: un système d'arrosage (4); une charge (5) de feuilles plastiques; des colonnes d'aération (6) montées dans la zone d'aération (7) d'un bac d'aération et de décantation (8) dont le fond est divisé par des rouleaux (9) au-dessus desquels se trouve une charge (10) de feuilles plastiques; des zones de décantation (11), un tuyau (12) permettant d'extraire le mélange boueux en circulation et connecté à une chambre de mélange (2), elle-même connectée à un tuyau d'aspiration de la pompe de circulation (13); et, enfin, un tuyau d'alimentation (14) connecté au système d'arrosage à filtre biologique. Ce dispositif combiné (3) est également connecté par le tuyau d'eau purifiée (15) à la chambre de mélange (16) de l'unité combinée de purification de deuxième étage, laquelle consiste en une unité de nitrification (17) pourvue de lasers hélium-néon (LHN). Afin d'assurer une grande stabilité du processus de purification, cette installation est également équipée d'un réacteur (18) permettant de préparer un substrat organique, et comprenant des lasers hélium-néon et un aérateur mécanique. Les colonnes d'aération se présentent sous forme de faisceaux de tubes divergents dont les extrémités inférieures sont espacées régulièrement au-dessus de la partie plane du fond du bac d'aération (8), à une hauteur de 0,1 à 0,7 m. Le tuyau d'extraction du mélange boueux est disposé sur le périmètre du fond et comporte des tubes d'aspiration. Les rouleaux (9) sont disposés sur le fond du bac d'aération (8) à des inclinaisons variant entre 45 et 60 degrés, tandis que les feuilles plastiques comportant des brosses et des perforations sont situées au-dessus desdits rouleaux.
