Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à réparer un bâtiment, dans lequel de préférence la structure de la face extérieure (1) d'un bâtiment ou autre est réparée par la mise en place d'un élément de façade (2) à structure essentiellement rigide tel que tôle à revêtement, plaque, panneau en coque ou autre, relié audit bâtiment, recouvrant la face extérieure originale et supporté à une certaine distance (e) de ladite face extérieure de la structure superficielle (1). Une substance (v) à l'état liquide est placée entre l'élément de façade (2) et la structure superficielle (1), la solidification de ladite substance (v) provoquant au moins partiellement le maintien en place de l'élément de façade (2) installé, essentiellement supporté par la structure superficielle d'origine (1). En liaison, notamment, avec une structure en béton armé (1; 1'), telle qu'élément sandwich ou autre, une substance (v; v') constituée d'au moins un constituant alcalin, telle que mortier, ciment ou autre, est placée dans l'espace compris entre la structure superficielle (1; 1') et l'élément de façade (2), laquelle forme, après solidification, une couche intermédiaire alcalisante (v1) entre l'élément de façade (2) et la structure superficielle (1; 1'). L'invention concerne également un élément de façade.
