Abstract

Procédé de traitement de déchets et de rebuts plastiques. Il s'agit notamment d'un procédé de fabrication de demi-produits et/ou de produits finis par extrusion puis par moulage d'une matière composite thermoplastique constituée principalement de déchets et rebuts de ce type, consistant à traiter et à rendre disponibles les matières 'brutes' et la matière composite obtenue à partir de celles-ci, à contrôler les caractéristiques (pression, poids) de la matière composite, et la composition de la matière composite, et à contrôler et réguler les étapes du processus et l'appareil, et ce de manière programmée à alimentation automatique permettant d'adapter le processus aux caractéristiques de la matière à mouler.
