Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un fil de suture médicale absorbable et biocompatible (21) consistant en l'étape de pultrusion d'un polymère bioabsorbable, afin d'obtenir des filaments de suture (19). On applique aux filaments (19) une finition au moyen d'un support à base non aqueuse pendant le traitement et on réalise une étape d'embrouillement sous l'effet d'air après la combinaison des filaments (19) en fil de suture (21).
