Abstract
This invention relates to the tissue box characterized in that adhesive agents are applied at the bottom surface of tear-out-piece (2, 2a) so that the very first sheet of tissue paper among the tissue papers packed in the box may be adhered to the tear-out-piece. Under this invention, the very first sheet of tissue paper is drawn out automatically at the time a tear-out-piece (2, 2a) is torn out, and thus this invention prevents several sheets of tissue paper form being drawn out all of a lump when one intends to draw out only the very first sheet of tissue paper.
Description
TISSUE BOX
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tissue box, and more particularly to a tissue box which is made such that a very first sheet of tissue paper can be drawn out automatically at the time when tearing out a tear-out- piece of a tissue box. In an ordinary tissue box, in order to draw out the very first sheet of tissue paper from a tissue box, it is necessary to pay a careful attention to pick up only the first sheet by fingers. If a careful attention is not paid, several sheets of tissue papers are drawn out all of a lump, which would bring an extravagance.
OBJECT AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
To solve such problem as mentioned in the above, the present invention provides such a device that only the very first sheet of tissue papers is to be drawn out from a tissue box automatically at the time when a tear-out-piece of a tissue box is torn out. The device of the present invention comprises an adhesive agent portions applied at the bottom surface of the tear-out-piece which is formed to be torn out when opening a tissue box, so that the tear-ou -piece maybe adhered to the very first sheet of the tissue paper. By the operation of the adhesive agents, the first sheet of tissue paper can be drawn out automatically at the time when a tear-out-piece is torn out.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG.l is a development view of an embodiment of the present invention,
FIG.2. is a perspective view illustrating a using state of the embodiment of Fig. l
FIG.3 is a development view of another embodiment of the present invention,
FIG.4 is a perspective view illustrating a using state of the embodiment of Fig. 3 of the present invention, and
FIG.5 is a development view of the third embodiment of the present invention.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG.l and FIG.2 show an embodiment of this invention. Herein, adhesive agent portions 4 which are formed at bottom surface of tear-out-piece 2 adhered to the very first sheet 5 of the tissue paper so that the very first sheet of tissue paper may be drawn out automatically at the time when a tear-out-piece 2 of a tissue box l is torn out.
Fig.3 and Fig.4 show another embodiment of this invention, in which the tear-out-piece 2a is formed as saw tooth shape along the cutting line 3a. In this embodiment, when the tear-out-piece 2a is torn out, the outlet of tissue box is also formed saw tooth shape.
The saw tooth shape 7 formed in the outlet of tissue box is resilient and thus allows the sheets of tissue paper to be drawn out. The function of the saw tooth shape 7 is to hold each sheet of tissue paper to be pick up easily. In an ordinary tissue box, a plastic sheet is adhered to the outlet of tissue box. The saw tooth shape 7 of the outlet of tissue box replaces the plastic sheet of ordinary tissue box.
Fig. 5 shows a third embodiment of the device of this invention, in which a depressed engraving line 8 is formed
in the middle of saw tooth shape 7 forming outlet of tissue box so that the saw tooth shape 7 maybe more resilient. In this embodiment, the tip of saw tooth shape 7 is formed rounded. In the drawings, unexplained reference number 6 is a guide hole which is to be used for lifting upward a tear-out-piece 2 by a finger.
As shown in Fig.l and Fig.3, one single body cardboard is folded to a tissue box 1, as an ordinary method, along with the depressed engraving line. And, a cutting line 3 is formed for a tear-out-piece 2 to be torn out. Adhesive agents are applied to the appropriate portion of the bottom of tear-out-piece 2.
When tissue papers 5 are packed into the tissue box, the very first sheet 5 of them is adhered to the bottom surface of the tear-out-piece 2.
Since the very first sheet 5 of the interior tissue paper is adhered to the bottom surface of the tear-out-piece 2 by the adhesive agent, the very first sheet 5 of the tissue papers is automatically drawn out when the tear-ou -piece 2 is torn out.
In the other embodiments shown in Fig.3, Fig.4 and Fig.5, as same as in the prior described embodiment, the first sheet 5 of the tissue papers is automatically drawn out when the tear-out-piece 2a is torn out. In the meantime, since the saw tooth shape 7 of the outlet of tissue box which is formed after the tear-out-piece is torn out is resilient, it allows the tissue papers to be drawn out easily. Furthermore, this saw tooth shape 7 of outlet holds each sheet of tissue paper to be easily picked up. To make the saw tooth shape 7 more resiliently, a depressed engraving line 8 can be made in the middle part of saw tooth shape 7 as shown in Fig.5.
In a prior ordinary tissue box, several sheets of tissue paper are drawn out all of a lump when one intends
to draw out only the very first sheet of tissue paper. However, since in the present invention, only the very first sheet of the tissue papers is drawn out by tearing out the tear- out-piece, this invention would prevent extravagance which used to be occurred in the prior ordinary tissue box.
Claims
1. A tissue box characterized in that adhesive agents 4 are applied at the bottom surface of tear-out-piece 2, 2a in order for the very first sheet of tissue paper 5 among the tissue papers packed in the box to be adhered to the tear-out-piece.
2. A tissue box of claim 1, wherein a tear-out-piece 2, 2a is formed as saw tooth shape 7 in order for the outlet of tissue paper box bo be formed as saw tooth shape 7 after the tea -out-piece 2, 2a is torn out.
3. A tissue paper box of claim 2, wherein a depressed engraving line 8 is formed at the middle part of each of the saw tooth shape 7 of the outlet of tissue box.
4. A tissue box of claim 2, wherein the tip of the saw tooth shape 7 of outlet is formed rounded.
