Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-out device which prevents several extra sheets of tissue paper from being pulled out in the case where a storing case is unsealed and folded tissue paper stored therein is pulled out of it, which allows the uppermost sheet only to be pulled out so as to eliminate waste, and which is capable of being simply used even by a physically handicapped person. SOLUTION: In order to keep a state that the uppermost sheet only of tissue paper is being pulled out at a point of time when an unsealing lid is removed from a storing box, a cut hole is provided at a central part of a cut line in an already-known stable member, and the stable member thus processed is fixed to a rear face of an upper part of the storing box. A portion of a rear face of the unsealing lid is joined to a portion of the uppermost sheet of the folded tissue paper by an adhesive member through the cut hole.
