Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif mélangeur, de préférence destiné à être utilisé avec des distributeurs de boissons et avec des distributeurs de chocolat chaud. Le dispositif mélangeur est conçu pour mélanger du chocolat concentré sirupeux avec de l'eau dans des proportions prédéterminées. Le dispositif comporte un dispositif de dosage (20) doté de soupapes (13, 22, 23) pour l'alimentation en eau et en chocolat concentré sirupeux, un dispositif mélangeur comprenant un mécanisme de mélange (1) prévu dans la zone de mélange (7, 8) et des dispositifs de commande (19, 20) conçus pour commander le mécanisme de mélange (1) et les dispositifs de dosage (4A), ainsi que des conduites d'alimentation (9, 5) pour l'admission de l'eau et de la substance sirupeuse et la décharge (6) de la boisson prête à l'emploi. Les pièces (5, 7, 8, 14) venant en contact avec la substance sirupeuse peuvent être détachées du reste du dispositif (13, 18, 19, 20).
