Abstract
Device for carrying and opening a small flexible sealed individual package containing a product. The invention relates to a device for carrying this type of package and opening the contents without damaging them. The device consists of a case (1) that can be opened and closed along its base hinged at (2) along an axis (3) and remain closed by fitting engagement at (4). The axis (3) passes through a cavity for receiving the package. The flattened edges of the package rest on a plate (7) which has, on its upper portion, an antislip surface (8) pierced at (9) near axis (3). Two flaps (12) connected on hinge (13) to the case (19) on either side of the axis (3) overlay the cavity. The device protects the package during transport. The inner wall (14) of the hinged flaps (12) includes an antislip projection (15), one of the hinged flaps comprising a lug (16). When the user presses the hinged flaps (12) onto the case (1), the projections (15) abutt the antislip surface (8), trapping thereon the upper flattened edge of the package, while the lug (16) that extends into the hole (9), pierces it. When the user opens the case (1) at its base hinged at (2), the package tears and release its contents. The device of the invention is useful in particular for carrying a condom, which can be safely removed from its individual package.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour transporter et ouvrir un type de petit emballage individuel, hermétique, habituellement constitué de fines couches de plastique, d'aluminium et de papier, accolées, contenant un produit. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, un boîtier qui s'ouvre et se ferme sur sa base articulée selon un axe. Ce boîtier peut être maintenu en position fermée par emboîtement. Ledit axe traverse une cavité dans laquelle peut être introduit l'emballage. La cavité dispose d'un fond prévu pour recevoir le renflement postérieur de l'emballage et d'une plate-forme destinée à asseoir les bords aplatis de l'emballage. La plate-forme présente dans sa partie supérieure une surface antidérapante qui est trouée en un endroit , à proximité de l'axe. Un pourtour en saillie encadre cette plate-forme. Deux battants sont articulés sur ledit pourtour, de part et d'autre de l'axe et recouvrent la cavité. Ils peuvent être articulés côte à côte sur la partie inférieure du pourtour, ou, en vis à vis sur ses parties latérales. Les battants disposent, sur leur paroi interne d'une saillie dont la surface est antidérapante. L'une des saillies est muni d'un ergot positionné de façon à pouvoir rentrer dans le trou de la plate-forme. Ainsi, lorsque l'utilisateur appuie sur les battants, les saillies viennent en butée contre la surface antidérapante de la plate-forme coinçant contre elle le bord aplati supérieur de l'emballage, tandis que l'ergot, en rentrant dans le trou de la plate¬ forme, le perfore. Maintenant son action, l'utilisateur, en ouvrant le boîtier sur sa base articulée déchire l'emballage qui libère son contenu. La surface antidérapante de la plate-forme et celle des saillies ont permis d'éviter que ne ripent contre elles le bord aplati supérieur de l'emballage pendant sa déchirure, et l'ergot, en le perforant, a facilité cette déchirure.The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks.
