Abstract

Un ensemble couvercle de protection (10) pour raccords électriques comporte un couvercle (20) pourvu de passages (50) pour câbles. Un composant de blocage et d'intercalation (60) se place de manière fonctionnelle dans les passages (50) et bloque les câbles électriques (12, 14) sur l'ensemble (10). Une graisse d'étanchéité (46) est déposée dans un canal (44) du corps (40) pour réaliser un colmatage entre le couvercle (20) et le corps (40). Des coussinets compound diélectriques et d'étanchéité (59a, 59b) sont placés à côté du composant de blocage et d'intercalation (60) et du passage (50) pour câbles. L'ensemble couvercle de protection (10) assure ainsi une protection contre l'humidité et autres contaminants qui auraient tendance à provoquer la corrosion et la défaillance du raccord électrique.
