Abstract

Le procédé proposé d'élimination de pétrole ou de produits de pétrole brut d'une surface consiste à traiter la surface en question avec une matière composite contenant un polymère dispersé, spécifiquement, un polymère linéaire présentant un degré illimité de gonflement dans le pétrole ou dans les produits de pétrole brut, et appliqué à une charge inerte minérale ou organique légère. La régénération du produit consiste à mélanger le produit usé avec un excédent de pétrole brut ou de produit de pétrole initial. Le procédé d'utilisation du produit consiste à mélanger ledit produit usé avec un mélange de sable/gravier ou avec du bitume routier ou de couverture utilisé dans la construction de routes et d'immeubles. Le produit utilisé peut également être employé dans la production d'une charge d'argile ou en tant que combustible.
