Abstract

La matière active proposée est utilisée dans des lasers à liquide et des amplificateurs basés sur l'excitation nucléaire directe du milieu actif du laser. La matière active de l'invention peut, tout en conservant ses propriétés génératrices et de luminence spectrale, être utilisée dans des générateurs quantiques et des amplificateurs basés sur l'excitation nucléaire directe du milieu actif du laser. On obtient ce résultat par l'introduction dans la matière active, à base d'acides aprotiques inorganiques, d'acides de Lewis et d'ions de terre rare et d'actinides, de matière fissile sous forme de perchlorates d'éléments d'actinides, spécifiquement du perchlorate d'uranyle. La composition de la matière active est la suivante, en pourcentage en poids: oxotrichlorure de phosphore (POCl) 60 à 98, tétrachlorure stannique (SnCl) 1 à 20, néodymium 0,2 à 20, perchlorate d'uranyle UO (ClO) 0,1 à 10.
