La puissance optique totale de chacun des verres (2, 3) est de (2,5 ± 2,0) dioptries + (0,75 ± 0,5) dioptries. La surface plane intérieure (15) de chaque verre (2, 3) se trouve à un angle aigu par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (14) du verre.
