La présente invention concerne un dispositif de distribution de produits fluides comportant une pompe à précompression et plus particulièrement un moyen et un procédé de réglage du volume de la chambre de pompe dudit dispositif de distπbution, permettant ainsi de varier la quantité de produit distribué lors d'un actionnement dudit dispositif. De nombreux produits, par exemple dans le domaine de la pharmacie, de la cosmétique ou de la parfumerie, doivent être distribués à des doses précises, différentes selon l'utilisateur ou le type de produit. La quantité de produit émis à chaque dose doit donc être choisie pour chaque application. Le piston coopère avec la tige- poussoir 10 pour obturer ou dégager ladite ouverture latérale, la tige-poussoir étant connectée au piston 3 par un ressort de précompression 8 qui repousse le piston vers une position de repos où il obture ladite ouverture latérale. Une pression sur la tige-poussoir 10 fait descendre celle-ci dans le corps de pompe ce qui sollicite le piston 3 vers le bas du fait du ressort de précompression 8. Il se crée donc une surpression dans la chambre de pompe 6 jusqu'à ce que cette surpression soit suffisante pour contre-balancer la force du ressort de précompression 8 et ainsi dégager l'ouverture latérale 5 pour permettre l'expulsion du produit contenu dans la chambre de pompe 6. De manière avantageuse, on prévoit de former ladite partie inférieure 31 de l'enfoncement 30 sous la forme d'une bride horizontale comportant en son centre ladite ouverture centrale 21.
