Abstract

The invention relates to systems for climate equipment for heating and cooling of ventilated air. The equipment is designed to enable supply of both comfort heating and comfort cooling by wasted energy from ventilated air that is heat exchanged and reused. The cool air is produced by evaporisation and the useful fresh air is dehumidified and cleaned to supply an hygienic and comfortable indoor climate in an investment- and functional optimised way. The condensed humid extracted from the useful fresh airstream is mainly used to produce evaporative cooling.

AMENDED CLAIMS [received by the International Bureau on 8 September 1995 (08.09.95); original claims 1-19 replaced by amended claims 1-17 (3 pages)]
Claim 1. Air conditioning apparatus, preferably arranged by units in flexible and elastic system, with air/air evaporative heat exchanger and dehumidifler or humidifier down stream the heat exchanger to artificially treat the air in buildings, localities, rooms, boats, vehicles and similar by temperature and humidity change and the method to heat, cool, humidify, dehumldlfy and clean the ventilated useful air ch a ra cte ri sed b y that the evaporative heat exchange unit Is a cyclic air to air heat exchanger in which the air alternately pass trough the common channels for useful freeh air and exhaust air.
Claim 2. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1 , characterised by that a dehumidifler when cooling air, Is placed down stream the heat exchanger or when heating the air a post heater of useful fresh air, preferably the condenser of en heat pump is placed downstream the heat exchanger.
Claims. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1, characterised by that condensed fluid is separated from the incoming air flow (useful fresh air) by cooling, preferably transferred by fluid pipe and divided (to small water drops) by the centrifugal power by the fan and evaporated in the exhaust channel before and when It pass through the heat exchanger.
Claim 4. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1 , characterised by that useful fresh air at heat recovery during heat recycling also Is heated by heat from refrigeration unit which is converted into a heat pump when the air condition unit is not used for condensation or dehumldlfying of useful fresh air during cooling.
Claim 5. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1 and 4,
characterised by that the condenser and evaporator in the refrigerator being detachable and can change place or trough changed air flow directions in the cooling medium of the refrigeration unit can change function, making the condenser end evaporator change place.
Claim 6. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1 , characterised by that preferably the dehumldifier alternataly the post heater of the useful fresh air is part of an refrigeration/heat pump unit
Claim 7. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1 , characterised b y that by cooling useful fresh air the refrigeration unit a condenser is positioned which Alls the cross section of the channel with mainly axial vertical placed cooling bodies with vertical and horizontal air spaces with distance of 2 - 15 millimetres In between.
Claim 8. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1, characterised b y that during heat recycling a heat delivering condenser is placed between the incoming air's muzzle into the rooms and the heat exchanger in the air channel for useful fresh air.
Claims. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1, characterised by that the condensed water on its way from useful air channel to evaporating In the exhaust Is exposed for UV - radiation
Claim 10. Air condition apparatus according to one or several earlier claims,
characterised by that a controlled amount of fresh water and/or sanitation fluid Is implemented Into the condensatlon-
Claim 11. Air condition apparatus according to one or several earlier claims,
characterised by that the separated condensed water from the heat exchanger and the dehumidifler being transported or pursed away from the equipment and that the evaporation takes place with fresh water which is added and evaporated in the exhaust air channel.
Claim 12. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1, characterised by that the condensation from the cooling of incoming air is evaporated directly In the exhaust airflow before or during the time it passes the heat exchanger and the evaporator of the refrigeration/dehumidify unit
Claim 13. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1, characterised by that condensed water that have been separated from the useful fresh air and transferred and added into the exhaust air (used air) by evaporation from in the exhaust system placed hygroscope particle filter.
Claim 14. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1, characterised by that the air/air heat exchanger is connected to synchronised regulated air dampers on both sides of the regenerative , recuperative or regenerative/recuperative heat exchanger to make one way airflow's in the air mussles to the outdoor air and indoor air.
Cialm 15. Air condition apparatus according to claim 1, characterised by that the heat exchanger with regenerattvefrecuperatlva and regenerative functions being supplied with a synchronic controlled damper before and after the heat exchangers accumulator making the airflow In the useful fresh air and the exhaust air muzzles constant
Claim 16 Air condition apparatus according to one or several earlier claims,
characterised by that in useful fresh air channel after the condenser there is placed a fine filter in water absorbing hygienic material fraction degree EU7 or lees.
Claim 17. Air condition apparatus in accordance to claim 1 or any above mentioned claims, characterised by the system being a number of detachable and flexible arranged ground components such as fans, heat exchanger units, accumulators, filters, condenser, evaporator, refrigeration unit e t a in system modules.
