Abstract
A plastic tube (I) (or other similar material), with a cylindrical shape, to put the toothbrush (B) with the brushes turn down. At the tube's base has been placed a stopper (H) where is possible to introduce a disinfectant tablet soluble in water and protected by a gauze (M) which is placed at the base of the tube. Instead of the disinfectant tablet, toothpaste or mouthwash solution could be used. To wash one's teeth it is sufficient to pull out the toothbrush from the solution and proceed on teeth wash. The brushes compressed on the two inner protuberances (N) deprive oneself of the excessive fluid; in this way they become ready to use.
Description
DESCRIPTION "Test tube toothbrush case" Technical Field
The invention relates to toothbrush and particularly to protection of the brushes by assault of germs wich could in other way come in in contact with the inside of the muoth. According to many researches, the bathroom results as a dangerous room for the brushes, wich become carrier of germs and virus through the contact with the surronding habitat. It's very important to get out the toothbrush of this contat to have the best protection in order to stop the germ's action.
Background Art
To get out the toothbushes of the contact with germs and virus special instruments has been made for the sterilization of the toothbrush, in order to stop the germ's action. This solution results very expensive and very unconfortable. In theory, the action of sterilization should be repeated every time before the teeth's wash. Disclosure of Invention
In accordance with the present invention, we have the intention to remove the problem at the root, through an instrument wich is easy to use every day. It has been made screwed a plastic test tube, or other material, wich has a cylindrical shape with sizes about 10 x 2,5 x 2,5 cm. It presents at the base a stopper (Table 1 , figure 2, lett. H), wich has been screwed at the test tube's body (Table 1 , figure 2, lett. I), it has the function to contain a disinfectant tablet soluble in wather, or toothpaste, mouthwash solution.
On the test tube's body, corrispondently to the border for the stopper's hooking (Table 1 , figure 2, lett. L), there is a plastic net made by fusion
(Table 1 , figure 2, lett. M). When the stopper is screwd the net hold the tablet, so that the tablet could not more from its place. It is sufficient to pull out the wather in the test tube to obtaine a sterilized solution (disinfectant or toothpaste), where is possible to put in the brushes. In place of tablet is possible to use a fluid product just prepared.
In both cases, the brushes are turn down to assure the best hygiece, as you can see in table 1 , figure 1. The test tube has two inner protuberance (Table 1 , figure 2, lett. N) which reduce the diameter of the test tube at 1.6 cm. (approximately); in this way the test tube results a little bit narrower than the width of the toothbrush's head.
When the toothbrush is exacted, the brushes are copressed on the protuberances (indicate with N) so that they have been deprivated of the excessive fluid and they become ready for the use.
The test tube can stand alone but it is possible to hook it at a bathroom glass, as in the picture (Table 1 , figure 2, lett. 0).
Above has been made an opening (Table 1 , figure 2, lett. P) where il possible to introduce the toothbrush's head: this opening has been created in order to result very pratical if is used the toothbrush with a stopper at the handle (for the stopper at the handle: it is at name Conti Andrea, with separate request about patent concerning model of utility, applicant of italian patent n. PI93U000013 on 21 December 1993).
The stopper puts at the opening obstructs the entrance of dust or other similar as you can see in table 1 , figure 1.
The opening could be made with a screw in order to screw the toothbrush's stopper. In this way is possible to give at the test tube a new packet to sell the toothbrush or use it at home. The test tube could be sell with the toothbrush or separately.
In the high part of the test tube could be made with a fusion print a special stopper which could be fixed or movable. That stopper is used to put in or to extract the toothbrush with the brushes turn down. But in the same time it stoppes the entrance of dust.
In the table 3 has been showed three different types of stoppers to be put on the test tube.
The first type (Figure 1 , table 3) is a semisphere made of flexible rubber or plastic, which has in the point of curving same openings (Figure 1 , table 3, lett. K). These openings are used to close normally the test tube but in the same time they have been made to permit the entrance of the toothbrush and after that, they close again in order to stop the entrance of dust. A second type (Figure 2, table 3) is a rubber stopper (or other flexible material) which has a singulary transversal opening, which is normally close, but which can be open the push at the two extremities (Lett. V and Z, Figure 2, table 3), in order to let the toothbrush come in and after to be close around the handle.
The third type (Figure 3, table 3) has a stiff stopper which has been stopped at the opening (Figure 3, table 3, lett. T). Here is an opening for
the toothbrush's entrance (Lett. U, Figure 3, table 3) and there is a turning disc which is placed under the first disc.
The last one disc turn and comes in contact with the order disc in order to close the opening of the first disc (Lett. S, Figure 3, table 3). The stoppers, which are describe above, are some possibilities of realization. It is clear with this request we would like to patent the test tube which could have a stopper. This stopper permits the entrance of the toothbrush with the brushes turb down.
It is possible to crate a "test tube holder". It could be as the picture in table 2, figure 1 , the holes have been made to containe the test tube (Table 2, figure 1 , lett. T). On the circumference have been holes (Table 2, figure 1 , lett. V/1 and V/2) in order to put it on glasses with different diameter, it is possible to make the holes on the outer side of the circumference (Table 1 , figure 1 , lett. K) in this way it can contain an high number of test tube. ith the particular conic shape, the test tubes are very steady. There is not danger to fall.
Table 1 showes the test tube (figure 1 ) and in section (fig. 2). Figure 1 showes the test tube with its toothbrush with the brushes turn in the fluid solution or toothpaste. Letter A indicates the stopper bound with the toothbrush (letter B), (separate italian patent's request name Conti Andrea n. n. PI93U000013 on 21 December 1993).
The figure 2 showes a section of the test tube. Letter H showes the stopper made for the soluing tablet, this stopper has been screwed at the test tube's body. Letter L showes the groove to screw the stopper. Letter M showes the net which stops the tablet. Letter N showes the inner
protuberance made to deprivate the brushes of excessive fluid. Letter 0 showes a possible ring made to hook the test tube at a glass. Letter P showes the opening where is possible to introduce the toothbrush. Table 2 showes a "test tube holder"; the holders are used (lett. T) to put the test tube. Letter V/1 and V/2 showes the grovees use to put the test tube holder on glasses with different shape.
Table 2, figure 2, showes another type of holder; its holders (lett. K) are out of the glass: in this way the groove (lett. Y/1 and Y/2) are inside the holder to fit well at the different size of glasses. Table 3 showes 3 figures with 3 different types of stopers to be put on the test tube.
Table 3, Figure 1 showes a semisphere which has some opening in the point of curving (K). Table 3, Figure 2 showes a rubber stopper which has a singulary transversal opening which can be open the push at the two extremities (V and Z). Table 3, Figure 3 showes a stiff stopper which has an opening for the toothbrush's entrance (U) and which has a turning disc (S) which is placed under the first disc (T).
Because this invention has been described only in a way, as example, it follows that it can be varied. So, in this patent'appliation, any other variation and any other use of this concept is included, without go out of the present invention.
