Disclosure of Invention
This concerns to a new method of Suction-Set equipped with Suction-Mirror-Tip. This Suction-Mirror-Tip is a combined set of Suction-Tip and Mirror which is all together a Suction-Swing-Arm moving around Tube-Tunnel Assembly.
This contributes in getting rid of visual hindrance as well as phisical interference of assistants handling of Suction-Tip when Dentist works with high speed handpseoe This Suction-Mirror-Tip is made of metal substance resistant to high-pressure sterilization and light free of moving hindrance.
The Tip is connected to the hose movable and rotating around Jacks attached to each connection-parts, so to preventing distortion of the hose.
Amalgam-Filter at the end of this Suction-Mirror-Tip prevents also blocade of Suction and decreasing pressure required.
Cheek-prop is optional to be attached at the Mirror-Tip in order to secure proper space of worh in the mouth when treatment with high speed Handpiece.
The Dentist can thus work alone assisted with this set of Suction-Mirror-Tip without producing any oral harm. Structure of this Suction-Set is firstly equiped with Suction-Mirror-Tip of which arm-tube(7) is put into the upper-part(12) of Tip-Insert Jack and the Lower-Unite part(13) connects the small hose(17) downward of through the built in Rotating-inner-Jack(14)
The Small-hose(17) passes through the Tip-Reset(15) moving as Suction-Swing-Arm connected with its Tip-Reset-Arm(18), again passing by the Outer-Tube-Tunnel(21) comes down by the Expansion-Tube-Jack(34) whose heavy weight inner-round pulls the Small-Hose Tight in the right position when not in use the Lower-Expanded-Hose(38) inside the Expansion-Tube increase capacity of suction volume Rollers(16) inside the Tube decrease friction of hose movement
Expanded Hose(31) connect to the Amalgam Filter (34) by the rotating Suction-Hose-Jack(35) on the wall of Amalgam Filter (34) of which
Drain-Exit(40) is connected by the Suction-Hose of Unit-Chair. Thus this Suction-Mirror-Tip on the Suction-Set enables dentist(curer) work alone free of assistant.
Hole dentails follow according to the Figure here of Figure 1; is Unite Squint Larteral view perspective. That shows an example of total drawing under the conception.
The Cheek-prop around the Suction-Mirror-Tip can be placed in the mouth in paralell to the axis of Suction-Mirror-Tip. The Tip of which is curved so to provied free space for the movement of equipment without giving any harm or damage to the interier of the mouth.
Suction-Mirror-Tip connects to the Tip-Insert-Jack by the Small-Hose(17) that passes under the Tip-Reset(15) moving as Suction-Swing-Arm, again passes through the Rollers(16) inside the Bracing-Arm(18) of which length moves back and forth, Small-Hose(17) continues to pass through Outer-Tube-Tunnel(21) balancing up and down by the Tunnel-Pivot(22) and reaches to the rotating heavy Expansion-Tube-Jack(36) and Expanded-Hose(37), thus keeping itself tight inside the Tip-Reset and the Bracing-Arm by the weight(36). Expanded Hose(37) increases drain volume to evacuate suction and is connected to the Suction-Hose-Jack(35) rotating around the wall of Amalgam-Filter(34) which is attached at the bottom of the rotating support of Outer-Tube. Suction-Hose of the Unite-Chair is now connected to this Amalgam-Filter by the Drain-Exit(40).
