Abstract

Le centre résidentiel et de production de l'invention comprend des unités individuelles compactes combinées pour former un logement résidentiel (1), ainsi que des unités auxiliaires présentant une cour intérieure (2). Les unités résidentielles et auxialiaires se situent sur deux niveaux. Selon l'invention, les unités résidentielles (1) et auxiliaires sont configurées, en plan, pour former un périmètre clos à l'intérieur duquel se trouve un bassin (3), toutes les unités situées sur les deux niveaux étant reliées par des systèmes techniques destinés à entretenir un processus intégré, écologiquement fermé, de production et de recyclage de déchets biologiques sur la base d'un cycle de bioconversion à étapes multiples.
