Described is a device for dispensing lubricants and other fluids over an extended period, the device being characterized by an integral electromechanical drive with its own or an external power supply, adjustable metering control and the capability to be used with multi-component systems. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die bisher bekannten chemischen bzw. elektrochemischen gaserzeugenden Antriebe der eingangs genannten Schmierbüchsen durch den Einsatz eines ungiftigen, umweltfreundlichen und genauen Antriebes zu ersetzen. Diese Aufgabe wird nach der vor¬ liegenden Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß das Gerät einen elektromechanischen Antrieb aufweist. Das Gehäuse des beschriebenen Gerätes besteht aus zwei (KunststoffSpritzguß) Teilen, einem zylindrischen Hohlkörper und einem abdichtenden Deckel. Die Aufteilung dieses Hohlkörpers in zwei Sektionen, dem Antriebsteil sowie dem medien- oder fettberührten Raum, getrennt durch einen verschiebbaren Druckkolben. Dieser Druckkolben verhindert gleichzeitig ein Eindringen des Mediums in den Antriebsraum. Um das Schmiermittel an die Schmierstelle gelangen zu lassen, ist am Ende des Hohlkörpers eine Austrittsöffnung, die als Zapfen ausgebildet ist. Das Außengewinde kann gleichzeitig zum Befestigen an der Schmier¬ stelle benutzt werden. Ein an diesem Zapfen integriertes Rückschlagventil verhindert den frühzeitigen Austritt von flüssigen Medien, da dieses Rückschlagventil einen leichten Gegendruck aufbaut, der durch den Druckkolbeπ im Gerät überwunden werden muß. Durch elektronische Regelung werden die Speπdezeiten sehr genau eingestellt. Dieser elektro- mechanische Antrieb ist weitestgehend unabhängig von Kälte und Wärme und den damit einhergehenden Viskositätsschwankun- gen des auszupressenden Mediums. Temperaturbedingte Schwan¬ kungen wie bei chemischen Reaktionen treten nicht auf. Das Gerät arbeitet im Winter wie im Sommer mit gleicher Genauig¬ keit. Um ausreichend Funktionssicherheit gewährleisten zu können, sind verschiedene Kontrollmechanismen vorgesehen. Das Gerät kann auch maschinenabhängig oder in Intervallen gesteuert werden. Aus ökologischen Gründen wurden Materialien gewählt, die wiederverwertbar bzw. wiederverwendbar sind. Vorteil: auch Medien höherer Viskosität sind noch dosierbar! Claims

Patentansprüche Claims
1. Selbsttätig Schmierstoff oder andere Medien abgebendes, bzw. zum Dosieren geeignetes elektromechanisch angetriebenes Gerät, bestehend aus einem Zylinder, der durch einen Druck¬ kolben in zwei Sektionen unterteilt ist. Im einen Teil dieses Zylinders sind der elektromechanische Antrieb, die Energieversorgung, sowie die elektronische Steuerung unter¬ gebracht. Die Energieversorgung erfolgt durch umweltfreund¬ liche Batterien bzw. durch aufladbare Batterien oder Akkus mit auf die Schmierdauer abgestimmter Kapazität. Im anderen Teil, vor dem Druckkolben, befindet sich der mit Fett oder anderen Medien gefüllte Raum. Diser Raum weist eine Aus¬ trittsöffnung auf, durch die das Fett oder ein anderes Medium zu den Abnehmern gepreßt wird. Durch das Einstellen der Speπdezeit mit einer Staffelung im Monatsabstand oder nach Kundenwunsch, wird die Elektronik Steuerung aktiviert und gibt du ch die gespeicherten und für die Spendezeit maßgebenden Daten, Steuersignale an den Antriebsmotor (Start bzw. Stop). Über ein Getriebe wird die Drehzahl untersetzt und die Kraft auf die Antriebswelle gebracht, der Kolben wird nach vorn gedrückt und beginnt das Fett oder anderes Medium auszupressen. Der Antriebsmotor wird mit wiederkehrenden Starimpulsen angesteuert und dreht so lange, bis ein neuer Impuls das Stopsignal gibt. Nach Ablauf der Spendezεit schaltet sich das Gerät selbsttätig ab. Sollte aus irgendwelchen Gründen eine Spende nicht möglich sein, gibt das Gerät, nach vorher eingestellten Fehlversuchen, Warnmeldungen und schaltet dann ab. Ein Umstellen der Spendezeit in einen anderen Zyklus ist ohne Probleme während des Betriebes möglich und sofort wirksam.1.
