Abstract
A safety relay has a guided contact set (16) and a monostable drive with a H-armature (6). The individual contacts of the set of contacts (16) are located in separate chambers and are actuated by a common actuator (20). In order to miniaturise the relay while having a low power consumption, a mechanically symmetrical H armature (6) with an asymmetrical magnetic effect is provided to ensure the monostable drive. The longitudinal axis of the H-armature (6) is approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the driving coil and the axis of rotation of the H-armature is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the driving coil. The actuator (20) is actuated by an actuating plate (49) which prolongs the H armature.
Claims
1. Sicherheitsrelais mit zwangsgeführtem Kontaktsatz und gepoltem monostabilem Antrieb, wobei die einzelnen Kontakt- federsätze gegeneinander abgekammert sind und von einem gemeinsamen Betätiger betätigt werden, wobei zum Antrieb ein H-Anker vorgesehen ist, der etwa parallel zur Längsachse der Antriebsspule angeordnet ist, d a d u r c h g e k e n n ¬ z e i c h n e t, daß der H-Anker (6) durch zwei parallel zu¬ einander angeordnete Ankerplatten (7,8) mechanisch symmetrisch, und durch Anordnung eines Permanentmagneten (9) zwischen den Ankerplatten (7,8) magnetisch asymmetrisch ausgebildet ist, wobei die Drehachse (11) des H-Ankers (6) senkrecht zur Längs¬ achse der Antriebsspule (3) steht und in einem vom Kontaktsatz¬ träger (2) definierten, etwa U-förmigen Lagerstück (10) gelagert ist, und der Betätiger (20) im Kontaktsatz (16) von einer in Verlängerung des H-Ankers (6) angeordneten Betätigerplatte (49) bewegt wird.1.
