Description
NON-SLIP SHEET
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a non-slip sheet capable of voluntarily placing a food vessel between a tray or table and the like to be put thereon and the food vessel so as not to be slipped.
BACKGROUND ART A small tray used for supporting a teacup at a cafe and the like place or else a big tray for carrying food vessels at a restaurant or a running train is generally short in height and various in shape, and such trays are various in kinds of materials such as a synthetic resin made tray made of melamine resin as main material, a stainless steel tray, an aluminum tray, a wood tray and the like. However, their common point is that generally a supporting surface to be put with the food vessel or a teacup and the like is made of flat slippery surface. Accordingly, in such trays, in case when a shock is applied from exterior during carrying or being inclined due to carelessness of a user, a case often occurs that the teacup or the vessel (hereinafter just called as a teacup) is easily slipped and fallen down on bottom surface of the tray and simultaneously content is flowed and the tray or teacup is smeared or they are collided each other and generate a noise or even they are fallen out of the tray and damaged.
And particularly, since there is always a right and left shaking in a running train or automobile, above described instances were very frequently occurred and a measure against this has been provided. Accordingly, a prior art has been well known which includes a non-slip layer on a bottom surface in order to make the teacup not to be slipped even if the tray is inclined more than a predetermined angle, for its instance, there are a Korean Utility Model application publication No. 91-6719 that an applicant of this application has previously received a registration and Japanese Utility Model laid open publication No.63-196272;
Since these known prior inventions were so made that a non-slip layer was integrally provided to the tray, an an effect for preventing the teacup being slipped even if the tray was slightly inclined could be obtained, however in case when water was flowed on the non-slip layer and a water film was formed, an original non-slip function could not be executed, and particularly against a tray which was not provided with a non-slip layer, there has been a problem that a user voluntarily has paid a separate cost and provided this.
And, it is further desirable that a non-slip means is provided to a thin plate material than providing a non-slip layer at every tray as this so that it is put on a tray desiring to use so as to be able to use only in a necessary case.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide a non- -slip sheet for making a user to use by putting on a tray or table only in a necessary case. Another object of the present invention is to provide a non-slip sheet making the teacup not to be shaken at a restaurant or home, and particularly in a bus or train during moving.
These objects are obtained by providing a non-slip sheet made by a separate single article so as to be able to use by putting on a tray only in a necessary case, wherein this non-slip sheet is made of thin plate shape.-and a plurality of non-slip protrusions for preventing a slipping are arranged in a predetermined order respectively to top and bottom surfaces of this, so that it has a characteristic in which the non-slip sheet is not shaken on the tray or table and simultaneously a vessel or teacup to be put on this non-slip sheet is not slipped.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAVINGS
FIG.l is a perspective view showing a whole structure of the present invention,
FIG.2 is a side view of the present invention, FIG.3 is a fragmentary magnified cross sectional view of an embodiment of the present invention,
FIG.4 is a perspective view showing a using state of the present invention, and
FIG.5 are plane views showing other embodiments of the
non - slip protrusions in accordance with the present invention.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG.l is a perspective view showing a non-slip sheet in detail in accordance with the present invention, and FIG.2 is a front elevational view showing a non-slip sheet of the present invention viewed at front, and a reference numeral symbol 10 is a non-slip sheet of the present invention.
The non-slip sheet 10 is made of a thin plate shape and includes a utting-on plate 11 having a predetermined magnitude and form, and a plurality of protrusions 12 making not to be shaken when the non-slip sheet 10 is put on a tray or table are arranged with a predetermined order on bottom surface of the putting-on plate 11. And, a plurality of non-slip protrusions 13 making a food vessel or cup not to be slipped in case when it is put thereon to top surface of the putting-on plate 11.
At this moment, the non-slip protrusions 12,13 would be desirable to be provided in a manner of arithmetical series for whole area of top and bottom surfaces of the putting-on plate 11.
More specifically, the non-slip protrusions 12,13 are made by a small unit area on the top and bottom surfaces
and arranged continuously and repeatedly to all directions with a state maintaining suitable distance intervals each other, and the arrangements of this non-slip protrusions are one of components making the non-slip sheet 10, which becomes to give variations to a pattern of the non-slip sheet 10.
The non-slip protrusions 12,13 of the non-slip sheet 10 constructed as this may also be adhered to the top and bottom surfaces of the putting-on plate 11 by a screen printing method.
And, this non-slip protrusions 12,13 becomes to use a resin material of soft characteristic made of synthetic silicone being excellent in adhesive degree.
Operation and effect of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.2, and FIG.3.
Namely, when the non-slip sheet 10 of the present invention is put on a top surface of a tray or a table, the non-slip sheet 10 is adhered and fixed to the tray 20 by the non-slip protrusions 12 provided to the bottom surface of the non-slip sheet 10.
In this state, when a vessel or teacup 40 desired to be put on the tray 20 is put on the top surface of the non-slip sheet 10, the bottom surface of the teacup 40 is contacted to the non-slip protrusions 13 provided to the top surface of the non-slip sheet 10 and thereby it becomes not to be slipped.
Explaining in more concretely, since the non - slip protrusions 13 is a form protruded from the top surface of
the putting-on plate 11, the bottom surface of the teacup 40 is supported partially by the non-slip protrusions 13 whereby it becomes to a state being not contacted to the surface of the putting-on plate 11. That is, when a teacup 40 is put on a tray 20 which is put on with the non-slip sheet 10, the teacup 40 becomes a stat being put on apex of a parabolic surface made on a top surface of the non-slip protrusion 13 in a point contacting manner, so that the teacup 40 is not slipped, even if the tray 20 is inclined at a predetermined angle or a water film layer is formed on a surface of the non- slip sheet 10.
Thus, the reason why the teacup 40 is not slipped even if the tray 20 being inclined is because the non-slip protrusion 13 itself adhered to the non-slip sheet 10 has an adhesive characteristics, and since the surface of this non-slip protrusions 13 is made to a parabolic surface, in case when a content contained within the teacup 40 is spilled due to carelessness of a user, it flows down naturally along the parabolic surface and stagnated on the surface of the putting-on plate 11 provided among the non- slip protrusions.
Accordingly, since the teacup 40 located on apices of the non-slip protrusions 13 is a state which is positioned at upper position than water film layer formed by the flowed down water, the water film layer is not influenced thereto whereby it becomes not to be slipped.
And, in accordance with the present invention, the non-
slip protrusions formed to the non-slip sheet can be made in harmonization of colors of transparent, semi-transparent, color or non-color and its shape can be varied, and since it is made to a plate material type, a cutting is easy whereby various pattern can be made.
For instance, as shown in FIG.5, not only the product can be varied by making the pattern of the protrusion to be a flower shape, leaf shape, circular shape, oval shape, rectangular shape, triangular shape, or the like, but also the shape and pattern of the non-slip sheet itself can be cut variously as above.
As described above, since the presen invention can be used by putting on a tray only in case when it is necessary different from the non-slip layer integrally fixed to a tray or a table and the like as before, it can be alternately used for a multiple numbers of trays, therefore it has an effect capable of saving the materials.
And, since the top and bottom surfaces of this non-slip sheet are same, not only the same function can be executed even if a user uses by voluntarily turning over from time to time, a manufacturing is easy in viewing by comparing with that of the non-slip layer being integrally manufactured to a tray as before, therefore it has also an advantage that not only a productivity is improved but also a manufacturing cost is reduced and thereby it can be propagated with cheap price.
And, in accordance with the present invention, since the colors and patterns of the plate form of the non-slip
sheet can be freely cut, a desire of user can be promoted and a surface decorating effect of the tray is also expected.
