Abstract

L'insert d'entraînement annulaire (20, 30, 50) du disque de freinage comprend un élément généralement cylindrique en une (20, 50) ou deux parties (30) pourvu de rebords s'étendant radialement (26, 36, 46, 56) au niveau de ses extrémités axiales opposées. L'insert d'entraînement (20, 30, 50) comprend un corps généralement cylindrique (22, 32, 52) possédant une ouverture (21, 31, 51) sur un côté qui s'étend diamétralement à l'intérieur du corps (22, 32, 52) et se termine à un point situé entre le centre de révolution (A) du corps (22, 32, 52) et une surface externe du corps (22, 32, 52). L'ouverture (21, 31, 51) du corps (22, 32, 52) s'étend vers une surface interne (24, 34, 54) du corps (22, 32, 52) pour former une ouverture généralement rectangulaire (21, 31, 51) destinée à recevoir une languette (8) d'un tube de torsion (6). Les rebords peuvent comporter chacun des parties généralement annulaires dont la forme est complémentaire au corps généralement cylindrique et peuvent également être tronqués sur un côté opposé à l'ouverture du corps. L'insert d'entraînement en deux parties (30) comprend une partie (30) pourvue d'un rebord (36) et le corps (32) possédant un épaulement (38A) s'étendant vers l'intérieur radialement et formant une extrémité d'un évidement (39), et une seconde partie (40) pourvue de l'autre rebord (46) et qui comprend une section s'étendant axialement possédant un épaulement s'étendant vers l'extérieur radialement (45) qui peut être incorporée par rotation dans l'évidement (39) du corps (32) et mise en contact avec l'épaulement s'étendant vers l'intérieur radialement (38A).
