Abstract

L'invention a notamment trait à la chimie et à la métallurgie. Un procédé de traitement d'une substance en fine dispersion au moyen d'un réactif gazeux dans un lit fluidisé consiste en leur acheminement simultané dans la zone de réaction, à mettre en ÷uvre le procédé et à évacuer les produits obtenus de l'espace de réaction, le réactif gazeux étant acheminé en deux flux: un flux principal et un flux auxiliaire. Le flux principal est acheminé sous le lit fluidisé et le flux auxiliaire sur sa surface supérieure par des jets séparés dont les sorties sont espacées uniformément sur une circonférence de manière que leurs lignes axiales s'entrecoupent en un angle α, où α = 360°: n, 360° représentant le nombre de degrés dans la circonférence et n représentant le nombre de jets du flux principal. Les jet séparés sont orientés en un angle par rapport au sens de l'écoulement principal de sorte que le vecteur de vitesse moyenne de chacun des jets du système est orienté vers la zone axiale de l'espace de réaction limité par le système des jets séparés du flux auxiliaire. L'invention peut être utilisée, par exemple, dans l'industrie chimique, l'industrie métallurgique et dans d'autres industries.
