Abstract
The device provides better spatial acoustics which are lacking especially when sound signals are reproduced via electro-acoustic equipment (e.g. loudspeaker boxes). The listener can affect the psycho-acoustic depth of the space over a vertical axis by individually adjusting the movable earpieces, i.e. he can change the front-rear location of sound phenomena according to his own sensitivity. The depth staggering (spatial depth of the sound image) depends upon the aperture of the earpiece and the spatial depth can be attenuated or amplified by opening and closing the movable earpieces. At the same time the device increases the volume and improves the clarity of spoken information. The supporting bracket makes it very easy to adjust the earpieces and the latter can be easily removed from the bracket itself. In addition, it ensures that the earpieces are adapted to the shape of the user's head in the best possible manner.
