Abstract

A hermetically sealed container (1) comprises a flattened spout (2) located in the upper portion of the container, the spout comprises some notches (3) to facilitate its removal from the container, whereby the opening (5) thus formed in the container can be closed by folding a portion of the spout (6) on the container body along a foldline (7).

Description

Container having Improved closure
Technological field
This invention relates to the manufacturing field of hermetic containers filled up aseptically with steril liquids. In particulars the Invention refers to these packs which are obtained from a tube kept full below the surface level of the liquid.
Standard of the technique
There are lot of different kind of packs obtained "below the surface Ievei of the liquid ", for example the tetrahedrons and the parallelepipeds, expeclally for fresh and long-life milk. The problem to be solved is to make easier the opening, the pouring and the closing operations.
Description
The invention is now described referring to the enclosed drawings, which explain some execution forms, as a non blinding example.
The figure 1 shows an axonometric view of an hermetic container.
The figure 2 shows a schematic view of the tear -opening for content's pouring.
The figure 3 shows a schematic view of the closing through the folding collar.
The figure 4 shows an axonometric view of a pyramidal form with square and flat base.
The figure 5 shows a pyramidal form provided of a four -gabled base.
The figure 6 shows a conical form with elliptical base.
The figure 7 shows a pyramidal form with hexagonal base.
The figure 8 shows a section of a packaging process.
The figure 9 shows frontal view of this process.
Trie figure 1G shows a side view of the same process. The figure 11 shows a pack with the bottom not yet formed.
The figure 12 shows a side view of the figure (11).
The figure 13 shows an intermediate step of the bottom's making.
The figure 14 shows a side view of the picture 13.
The figures 15 e 16 show the last step of making the pack with the flat bottom obtained through folding.
Through the detailed examination of figure 9 It results that the sealing areas (18) and (19) are convergent and subsequently divergent to obtain conical forms and also longitudinally disposed through the axis of the full tube (20).
In the drawings the single details are so marked:
1 It is the body of the pack
2 it is the flat top
3 shows the engravings which make the tear-opening easier
4 shows the top torn off
5 shows the distribution mouth
6 shows the pack collar
7 shows the collar's folding to close the collar again 8-9 show the generatrix along the sealing line
10 shows the substantially circular bottom
11 shows the substantially quadritlateral bottom
12 shows the substantially four-gabled bottom
13 shows the substantially eliptical bottom
14 shows an hexagonal bottom
15 the triangular little ears folded on the pack' s bottom
16 gives a scheme of the liquid to be packed
17 are the creases -lines to make the packaging easier
18-19 are the sealing areas alternately convergent and divergent 20 it is the filling -pipe always kept below the surface level.
The invention of course is susceptible of several changes of achievement, both concerning the proportions and concerning the structural admeasurement, and also the configuration of the packs obtained by the substantially described idea, mustrated and afterwards claimed.

Claims

1 ) Hermetic substantially conic -pyramidal pack as the ones obtained beginning from a filling -pipe kept below the surface level by processes of continuous aseptic packaging, characterized by the fact that the body (1 ) has the top made flat (2) with engravings to make the tear-opening easier (4) and to let the mouth (5) to reclose through the folding of the collar (6) on the line (7).
2) Hermetic pack as in claim 1), characterized' by the fact that the conic -pyramidal shape allows Its own manufacturing beginning from a filling -pipe kept full of liquid below the surface level with processes of continuous aseptic packaging, through opposed clamping and sealing devices with oblique shapes which are divergent and convergent towards the flat extremity.
3) Hermetic pack as in the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the bottoms (10) (11 ) (12) (13) e (14), with the function of base of support, are obtained folding the ears (15), making them flat and fixing them under the pack body (1).
