Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé automatisable qui utilise un nouveau réactif pour obtenir le titrage (la détermination) du fer dans le sérum. Ce réactif pour le titrage du fer dans le sérum est constitué par un réactif unique stable, qui contient les agents chromogènes chromazurol B (CAB), chromazurol S (CAS), ou un métal alcalin, un métal alcalino-terreux, un sel d'addition de base rubidium ou ammonium des chromogènes CAB ou CAS, un agent tensio-actif qui forme un complexe ternaire avec le fer et le chromogène, un tampon, et du sulfoxyde diméthylique.
