Abstract

Un dispositif de fixation de prothèses, en particulier de prothèses dentaires, comprend un élément de fixation (1) devant être fixé dans le tissu osseux, un élément de support (2) destiné à soutenir la prothèse et des moyens (3, 12, 13, 18) servant à relier l'élément de support, ces deux éléments comprenant de premières surfaces coopérantes (11, 10) et complémentaires, respectivement concave et convexe (11, 10), agencées pour permettre le réglage de la position de l'élément de support (2) par rapport à l'élément de fixation (1), la position réglée pouvant être fixée par l'intermédiaire des moyens de raccordement comprenant un premier élément (12) servant à appliquer une contrainte sur l'élément de support (2) de manière que celui-ci s'engage avec l'élément de fixation (1). Le premier élément (12) est agencé pour appliquer une contrainte sur l'élément de support (2) à travers de secondes surfaces coopérantes et complémentaires (15, 14) qui sont respectivement concave et convexe.
