Poste de transformation haute tension destiné aux régions ayant une activité sismique élevée ou moyenne et comprenant, fixés sur des supports (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) des appareils électriques (6, 7) et des isolateurs (8, 9, 10, 11) d'appareils de distribution (1, 2, 3) reliés par des bus flexibles (18, 19, 20) aux transformateurs de puissance (4) installés au sol (21) sur des fondations non enfoncées (22) reposant elles-mêmes sur une couche (24) de matériaux secs. Le gain de stabilité sismique s'accompagne d'une simplification de la construction, du fait que le corps (25) de chaque transformateur (4) et ses fondations non enfoncées (22) sont solidaires, de telle sorte qu'ils peuvent subir un déplacement freiné par rapport à la couche (24) tout en conservant un équilibre stable lors de secousses telluriques intenses. Les bus flexibles (18, 19, 20) présentent d'un côté des éléments d'ancrage (26, 27, 28) reliés solidairement aux fondations (22) du transformateur (4) et, de l'autre, des éléments d'ancrage (29, 30, 31) reliés aux fondations (32, 33, 34) des appareils électriques des installations de distribution (1, 2, 3).
