Abstract

Ensemble à récipients souples utile à la séparation magnétique des particules paramagnétiques d'un mélange biologique hétérogène. Ledit ensemble comprend au moins deux récipients souples (20, 22) possédant des orifices d'entrée et de sortie. Un conduit souple (32) relie l'orifice de sortie d'un premier récipient à l'orifice d'entrée d'un deuxième récipient. Un autre conduit souple (32) est relié à l'orifice de sortie du deuxième récipient afin de permettre la décharge de fluide. Le deuxième récipient souple (20, 22) est conçu pour assurer une diminution du débit de fluide jusqu'à un niveau compris entre environ 1/7 et environ 1/3 du débit de fluide dans le conduit de sortie. Le deuxième récipient (20, 22) est également conçu pour assurer une profondeur de fluide en écoulement comprise entre environ 0,02 et environ 0,04 pouce.
