Abstract

The invention includes a construction of several assembled elements which channel the passage of birds that cause a disturbance to a large chamber. Said elements include: rows of tilted window panes (1) (40m2 or 120m2); shutters (2) placed along said window panes (1); curtains made of hard rubber (12) and of plastic cloth (13), and ventilators (25) which provide a current of air. The birds held in the large chamber are separated by a metal grid (28), the small birds being kept apart. The invention can be used in airfields and in fields under cultivation (in those cases where the birds eat the crops en masse). Other applications include biological and ornithological research, said invention being however in no way designed for hunting purposes.

Description

The invention relates to the protection of annoying birds at airports. To catch them and transport them elsewhere where the conditions of life are the best, for the birds in question. At the same time, the invention has character to protect the life of the men, after so many accidents where the planes fell, caused by annoying birds.
In known devices of this kind, to protect the theft of airplanes at airports, hawks, loudspeakers and hunters are tooled. For pigeons, hawks no longer pose a threat to life. They are linked by a certain friendship with hawks. The loudspeakers repeat the same cry and instead of dispersing them, the birds fly into the air grouped in species. To protect the cultivated fields, during the assault of starlings, humans use gas.
The device according to the invention makes it possible to avoid this drawback. In this one, in fact, it is possible to catch the birds, to capture them alive, to separate them, to group them by the species and to transport them and let go in the wild where are the best conditions of life, for the species in question. The present invention is mentioned in four sheets of the drawings: 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4.

In order not to disturb the birds, seen from the sky, cover the piping (Nº3) and the large chamber (Nº27) with a spade, or with straw.
Concrete is provided to pass the food for the birds in question. If it is not concrete, the ground must be clean after washing. In general, birds do not take a window for an obstacle. The bird rushes and glides along the windows res (Nº1) the bird pushes the flaps (Nº2) to position (8-9) As soon as the flaps return to position (5-6) the bird is caught. It slides on the smooth sheet metal, leaning towards the curtains (12 and 13) If the bird makes the effort to go out towards the valves, it falls on its head, and it frightens it. Once behind the curtains there is more, the shade on the side of the curtains. If the bird lifts the curtain (13) it rushes onto the curtain (12). The curtain (13) covers it on the back, and it hurts. Birds do not like to be tickled on the back. If the bird makes the effort at all costs to raise the curtain (12) it is the rigidity of the rubber from 6 mm to 12 mm which is opposed. From here, point (15) the bird sees the top, at the end of the pipe, a piece of the sky (24) and in addition there is a draft, caused by a fan (25). The bird rises by the half-pipe (3) It arrives point (26). It is the window (24) which gives him the full view outside. He throws himself on the window (24) and falls on the flaps. Then it is the slide (10) and the curtains, has new them (12 and 13). The bird falls in the big room. From this moment the bird is captured. At the end of the large room it is the window (31) and the fan (25) which attracts the birds, to give room for new arrivals. On the grid door (28) in vertical position, the small birds pass from the chamber (Q) to the small chamber (R). We have to separate weak birds from robust birds. To calm the birds in the large room, just lower the curtain (32) and cause total darkness. On the small door (33) you must first collect the small birds. To collect the robust birds, the supervisor turns the crank (29) in order to place the grid door (28) in a horizontal position. The robust oise advance towards the exit.
The present invention provides a stable construction, from here it is possible to make a mobile construction.
