Abstract

Un dispositif de cryochirurgie comprend un cryoinstrument (1) dont la structure (2) comporte un bout de congélation (3) doté d'une chambre d'évaporation (4) reliée à des canaux (5, 6) lesquels sont destinés à acheminer et à évacuer l'agent de refroidissement, sont situés dans ladite structure (2) et sont isolés thermiquement des parois (7) de ladite structure (2), la surface d'une des parois de ladite chambre d'évaporation (4) étant destinée à être mise en contact avec le tissu biologique et servant de surface de travail (11) dudit bout de congélation (3). Un transducteur électroacoustique (12) est monté hermétiquement dans la paroi (8), et est utilisé comme une des parois d'une chambre individuelle (18) isolée hermétiquement de la chambre d'évaporation (4), et sert de moyen (17) de suppression des interférences acoustiques.
