Abstract

The construction of the floor polishing machine is based on the motor section of the corner polishing machine (9), to which working handles (6) and a cooling air pipe (2) are connected. The apparatus has adjustable support wheels (1) which can be locked at the desired height above the floor. The protective brushes (5) for the wheel prevent polishing waste from being spread around. The apparatus is double safety-insulated. The control switch (3) is relay controlled. The diamond polishing with the apparatus is entirely dust-free. The cooling air pipe (2) of the apparatus and the protective brushes (5) for the wheel enable the safe construction of a wet polishing machine.

Description

Floor polishing machine.
The apparatus is intended mainly for polishing concrete floors, removing old paint with a diamond wheel. The quantity of water suitable for the floor is adjusted using the faucet. The wheel's protective brushes prevent waste from the polishing being spread around the area, The polishing action is entirely dust-free.
On the apparatus are used a corner polishing machine blade connector and motor, from the rear of which protrudes a cooling air pipe beneath the rear handle.
A water jet nozzle, faucet, hose pipe, electrical cable, operating switch box, protective brushes for the wheel, support wheels for adjusting the level from the floor. The support wheels have lockning nuts.

Claims

Patent claims:
1. Apparatus for the dust-free polishing of concrete floors etc. , characterized in that the apparatus com¬ prises a body on which are handles (6), a storage chamber (4), an operating switch box (3), adjustable support wheels (1), a corner polishing machine motor (9), protective brushes for the wheel (5), a cooling air pipe for the motor ( 2 ) , a power cable (11), a hose pipe (10), a water faucet (7), a water jet nozzle (8).
2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in 'that tlie apparatus includes a hose pipe (10), water faucet (7) and water jet nozzle (8), which can be adjusted to arrive at the correct moisture level on the floor.
3. Apparatus according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the apparatus includes support wheels which can be adjusted to achieve the correct height from the floor.
4. Apparatus according to one of the above-mentionded claims, characterized in that the apparatus includes protective brushes for the wheel ( 5 ) to prevent dirty water being splashed on walls.
