Transmission à calage variable suivant les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément porteur (1) et l'élément baladeur (2) présentent chacun suivant une ligne médiane par rapport aux axes guides (8, 8') deux orifices de logement superposés (14, 14') et (21, 21') pour des roulements (15, 15') et (22, 22') supportant un arbre de transmission (16 respectivement 17) bloqué axialement sur le roulement (15 respectivement 15'), ces deux arbres étant façonnés du côté de la face externe (12') de l'élément porteur (1) de cannelures droites (18, 18') et du côté de la face interne (12) de cannelures hélicoïdales (19, 19'), à enroulement d'hélices de même direction, sur lesquelles coulissent des manchons (20, 20') à cannelures équivalentes, le manchon (20) étant pourvu de l'engrenage (3) et le manchon (20') de l'engrenage (4), lesdits engrenages (3) et (4) étant situés à l'intérieur de l'ensemble entre l'élément porteur (1) et l'élément baladeur (2) et lesdits manchons (20, 20') étant portés et bloqués axialement dans l'élément baladeur (2) par l'intermédiaire des roulements (22, 22').5.
