Abstract

Le type d'urinal de prise du flux central décrit est prévu pour une femme ou un homme en position debout, en position assise, en position accroupie ou en position généralement couchée sur le dos. Le dispositif dirige un écoulement d'urine à une distance satisfaisante de la femme ou de l'homme et permet de recueillir un échantillon d'urine dans le flux central de cet écoulement. Pour la femme, le dispositif comprend un corps traversé par un passage de décharge destiné à recevoir et à décharger l'écoulement depuis un orifice externe de l'urètre de la femme, le corps comportant une partie de réception du flux d'urine, qui définit une des extrémités du passage et qui est disposée dans une extrémité en contact avec la peau reliée opérationnellement ou solidaire au corps, une partie de sortie de l'écoulement urinaire définissant l'autre extrémité du passage et disposée dans une partie d'extrémité de décharge de l'urine reliée opérationnellement ou solidaire au corps, ainsi qu'un orifice de prélèvement d'échantillons dans le flux central disposé entre la partie de réception et la partie de sortie du passage de décharge. Pour l'homme, le dispositif comprend un corps traversé par un passage de décharge destiné à recevoir et à décharger l'écoulement d'urine depuis un orifice externe de l'urètre de l'homme, le corps comportant une partie de réception de l'écoulement urinaire, qui définit l'une des extrémités du passage et qui est disposée dans une extrémité de réception du pénis reliée opérationnellement ou solidaire au corps, une partie de sortie de l'écoulement urinaire définissant l'autre extrémité du passage et disposée dans une partie d'extrémité de décharge de l'urine reliée opérationnellement ou solidaire au corps, ainsi qu'un orifice de prélèvement d'échantillons dans le flux central disposé entre la partie de réception et la partie de sortie du passage de décharge.
